We offer a CNC cutting service for both large and small projects.

Our MultiCAM 3000 CNC routers are capable of cutting 2D or 3D profiles and forms up to 150mm thick in sheet materials from MDF and plywood, to foam and aluminium. The machines are backed up by software capable of identifying individual parts within a 3D CAD model, automatically assigning machining paths to those parts, and nesting for maximum efficiency.

We have recently added a second machine, a Multicam Apex, and our CNC production now operates in a dedicated space in Leyton, E10, minutes away from our main workshop.

Can I supply my own material?

Yes, we may charge a small handling/storage fee depending on the size.

What is the largest size you can cut?

Both our beds are 1500x3000mm. We can cut material up to 100mm thick

Can you deliver?

Yes, we can offer delivery in London for an extra cost dependant on location

Can I keep the offcuts?

Yes but this needs to be specified on the drawing.

Can I use half a sheet?

Depending on the material, we may only charge for the material used.

What materials can be cut on the machines?

We can cut any sheet material, wood, plastic, aluminium, composites.

Do you offer 3D machining?

Yes, we will need to view files before making a decision on whether we can go ahead.

What file format should the drawing be in?

We prefer to use Dwg and Dxf. Although we can convert most file types.

If I don’t have a drawing package can you carry out the draughting?

Yes, we have a draughting department ready to model big and small jobs.

Do you offer advice on construction?

Yes we are happy to work with you to get the best product. We have a block library of hardware and fixings we can recommend for cabinets and alike.
