We are recruiting for an Administrator

 

Factory Settings Ltd is a leading supplier of specialist design interpretation, fabrication and fit-out, primarily serving clients in the arts and heritage sectors.  

 

We are seeking an Administrator to join our Operations team to aid in the smooth running of all company operations. The successful candidate will be proactive and thrive on dealing with a wide variety of tasks. Reporting to the Office Manager, duties include placing orders, maintaining backups, fielding phone calls, filing HR documentation, taking minutes, maintaining our social media platforms and administration of Mailchimp campaigns. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

●  excellent attention to detail

●  ability to prioritise and multitask is a must.

 

Essential:

A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.

Proficient in using both Google Workspace as well as Microsoft Suite.

 

Desirable:

Prior experience with managing social media content and working with InDesign and Mailchimp.

Previous experience using Xero accounting software (or similar)


Key Information: 

Salary: £25,000 

Contract: Full time

Reporting to: Office Manager

Annual Leave: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays.  We close between Christmas & New Year allowing employees additional paid leave.

Normal working hours will be 08:00 -17:00 Monday-Friday. 


Our offices are based in Leyton, E10. This position will require a combination of working from home and at our offices in Leyton as required to fit the needs of the business.
